Assign POS to Teller 1

To Assign a POS Terminal to your Teller follow the steps below:  

N.B. To be able to assign a POS Terminal, a device must be assigned to you by an aggregator account, and it must not be assigned to any teller or main account.  

Please note that all POS Terminals are inactive until they are started on the agent portal/app.  

To assign a POS to your Teller  

Navigate to the Tellers Profile i.e. Dashboard > Tellers > Teller Manager > Select Teller >   

On Teller Profile 

  1. Select the Assign POS Terminal button

  1. Select a POS Terminal from the Drop Down List to assign to the teller

  1. Enter a comment and insert your transaction PIN. The POS Terminal will be assigned to your Teller.  
  1. However you need to start the POS Terminal to make it active. Select Manage Accounts  
  1.  Select Start POS from the menu to activate your POS

  1. To stop the POS Terminal, Select Manage Accounts on the Teller Profile > Select Stop POS , the POS Terminal will stop processing transactions instantly.
