Reset Teller Password

To reset a teller account password 

Navigate to the Tellers Profile i.e. Dashboard > Tellers > Teller Manager > Select Teller >   

On Teller Profile 

  1. Click Manage Accounts 
  1. Select Reset Teller Password
  1. You’ll be asked to enter your Transaction PIN 
  1. Check your email to view the reset password details for your teller.
