Before your terminal is setup ensure it is assigned to your agent/teller account and the terminals are started

Start & Stop a POS Terminal
Go to SETTINGS
Click on Date & time
Turn “ON” AUTOMATIC TIME ZONE
Go back to POS DEBUG
Click on SETTINGS at the RIGHT DOWN CORNER ON the screen
Click on DOWNLOAD SETTINGS
Enter Merchant’s Pin and PROCEED
Enter Merchants name above and Click on “AGENT ID DOWNLOADED” and “KEYS DOWNLOADED” to download.
Change email to firstname.lastname@example.org under “AGENT’S EMAIL”.
Enter “MERCHANT’S NAME AND LOCATION” in the space provided below.
Once the above is “DONE”, Click on a tick sign at the top right corner.
